Mr. Lie Kee Pong is the founder and a former partner of the firm. On 3 January 2006, Mr. Lie became the Consultant of the firm.

Previously, Mr. Lie served in the government service for many years and last held the posts of Assistant Registrar of the Land Titles and Deputy Registrar of Deeds. Mr. Lie has been a Notary Public since 1988.
