Su Ann is part of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution team here at Characterist.
Having joined Characterist in 2022, Su Ann has since been involved in representing corporate and individual clients in both Supreme Court and State Courts matters. Apart from litigation through the Singapore Courts, Su Ann also has experience in representing clients in alternative dispute resolution.
Having seen first-hand how good research can truly win a case and change the tide in what initially appear to be hopeless situations, Su Ann is particularly passionate about digging out the most relevant and insightful research to bring your case to a decisive victory.
When she is not working on legal matters, Su Ann can be found crocheting little yarn creatures or practicing her rusty guitar skills.

- Gillingham James Ian v Fearless Legends Pte Ltd and others [2023] SGHCR 13 (High Court): Acted for 2nd to 4th Respondents. First reported and leading case in Singapore clarifying the meaning of a “non-party” in an application for pre-action production of documents and information under the new ROC 2021 with respect to a respondent’s entitlement to costs.
